So we still have today and tomorrow left on our trip but I just have to say that Fairy Tale Concierge, Lindsay Yacovino – Travel Agent has been amazing!! She took care of our whole trip so all we had to do was come and have fun! And when we got here and realized Noa needed medical care Lindsay was so helpful in giving me all of my options and she took care of another issue when something we ordered wasn’t here on time and got us a $50 credit on our account! She has been absolutely amazing! If you are planning a trip to Disney or aren’t sure where to start when planning your Disney trip, I highly recommend her 💕💕

From the time we started the process of planning, Lindsay was there the entire time, answering emails, calls and questions and guiding us along the way. There is no possible way to express how happy we were with the experience. Even when we were in Disney and had a question, she was answering emails of ours at all hours of the night, just to make sure that we were doing ok.
We took our 4 year old daughter and with Lindsay’s help, were able to make this The most magical trip ever! Even weeks after we are back home, our little one is still bringing up memories daily of our trip.
We can’t wait until our next daughter is born and the time to head there again comes, and trust us, we will be calling Lindsay again to help us have another magical trip!!

I am ashamed to say that we returned from our first Disney vacation a month ago, and I am just now getting around to writing this… but our trip wouldn’t have been possible without Lindsay. I spent all of last year deployed overseas while my husband raised our two little girls alone. We had just sold our house to move closer to my husband’s job an hour away when got a 4 week notice that I would be deploying. We had to close our house, find a new one, find childcare, new pediatricians, dentists, pharmacy, and register our then 5 year old for kindergarten.. so basically my husband started a whole new life with a whole new everything, with two small children, alone. I missed their birthdays, Halloween, Christmas, 1st day of kindergarten, you name it, I missed it. I wanted to give my little girls something to look forward to until I could come back home. Lindsay nailed it. She set it up on the kids’ fall breaks, right after their birthdays, and during a slow season. We went to the Halloween party, every park, multiple character meals, the Frozen Dessert Party, almost every single character, literally everything and anything we could dream of, and we did it as clueless first timers. We were beyond prepared and she was always available for answering any questions. She found every discount and deal we qualified for as a militaryv family, enabling us to be able to afford much more than we thought we would, including Bippity Boppity Boutique. We had an amazing time. We were so nervous, and had no clue what we were doing, but she made it possible for us to have the trip of a lifetime, and with ease. She made everything more perfect than we could have ever planned or thought of ourselves. Do not plan your Disney vacation without Lindsay! You will miss out on something that she would’ve known at the top of her head. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE B FAMILY! Will definitely be using her when we go back in a few years!

Rachel C.This review is a long time coming. But Lindsay was so amazing so I had to make sure that i got it written even though many months have passed since our trip! We planned our first Disney trip as a family of four (two girls 6 and 2.5 at the time of trip) for the end of June. She was so helpful to me and my husband with recommending and securing the perfect room/hotel) for our family’s particular needs. I was dreading the dining reservation day (which was the day after Thanksgiving for us!) and I had no idea that Lindsay would do it ALL for me! She woke up early, made the reservations, got everything we wanted (and more!)!
She did the same for our fast passes….and she once again was so helpful with recommending what she thought would be the best plan for family to all get what they wanted out of the trip. She helped to make my two daughters have one of the best trips of their life…they literally talk about the Disney trip EVERY DAY even though MONTHS have gone by. My 2.5 year old (now almost 3.5!) asks every day if we can go back!
Lindsay was a great help with recommending some great restaurants that we all enjoyed, as well as providing us with a basically minute by minute itinerary that helped us to navigate through the hot busy days with ease. I can’t say enough great things about Lindsay and her planning services. I recommend her to everyone and can’t wait to use her again for our next trip! We are hoping to do a cruise soon and we will surely be calling her to assist with it!
Side note: She also helped me to come up with some great ideas for doing a “trip reveal” to my girls. And she thought of everything on our trip (stroller rentals, deep cleaned room, etc…) that made our trip perfect. Lindsay is so fantastic and I don’t know of anyone who is such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Disney lover as her!!
Lindsay has been so wonderful to work with! I have been planning a bachelorette trip with 16 girls and needless to say, I initially felt overwhelmed. However, with Lindsay’s knowledge and expertise, planning this trip has been a breeze! She is always prompt to respond and problem solves to meet your needs! She helped us find a room that would work for our price range as well as for the four of us. She helped us decide on park hopper tickets to allow us to see and do the most in the short time we had. We also decided to add the Memory Maker package and are so happy that we did. We hardly ever get pictures of all of us and now there was no excuse for Dad to hide behind the camera! Christine T.My wife and I hadn’t been to Disney in over 30 years, so we didn’t know what to expect, or for that matter do. My daughter had recently gone and recommended Lindsay at Fairytale Concierge. It was better to have someone plan for us, than for us to try to figure it out for ourselves. Once I contacted Lindsay, she asked us what we wanted to do, and which parks we wanted to visit. We were only going to be in Orlando for 2 days, so we chose Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Lindsay had made some suggestions, and we told her we were leaving all up to her. Since we didn’t have children with us, she had the freedom to schedule anything. We were not disappointed. Lindsay took care of tickets, Fast Passes, lunch and dinner reservations and had prepared a list of do’s and don’t’s for us. Lindsay made it way too easy. We were able to enjoy everything without the worry, as we had some planned events, and the freedom to do whatever else we wanted as well. I didn’t think it was possible for 2 adults to spend 13 hours in Epcot and 14 hours in Magic Kingdom, but we did. It was awesome, and we couldn’t have done it without Lindsay’s help. Our trip was truly magical to the happiest place on earth.

We just got back from a wonderful vacation planned by Lindsay and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!! Lindsay was so easy and wonderful to work with…it feels like she’s a good friend after all we’ve planned and talked. She got all the dinner reservations and fast passes that we wanted on our trip…and it was a party of 18 people. She was able to recommend things that our 2 year old would love and enjoy and this trip couldn’t have been more perfect for her and us!! Kelly S.I do not think I could say enough great things about Lindsay. This was our second trip to Disney, but our first using a TA and I will never do it alone again. She was so fast to communicate and ask the right questions, and booked everything so quickly when it was time. We even had dinner at Cinderella’s royal table right after my daughter was turned into a princess at BBB and it was amazing!! We wanted private fireworks, she got us reservations at the Chic California Grille on top of our hotel- The Contemporary for dinner and drinks with a spectacular view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks. Amanda C.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Usually my husband is our travel guru but when it came to Disney, we needed a Disney travel agent with exceptional knowledge & that was Lindsay. The amount of work she put into our trip was absolutely incredible. I wanted our first timer trip to be extra special and with her help, it was more than that. This past year Lindsay had her third child and my dining reservation day was only a few days after her giving birth. Although on maternity leave (she had co-worker coverage) she took it upon herself to make sure she did my reservations just days after having her baby. she was in Disney on her family vacation when my fast pass day arrived so yes she scheduled my fast passes while on her vacation. What other travel agent do you know that will do not 1 but 2 of the above? Lindsay that is who! With me not knowing where to eat or what to ride or where to stay or how the transportation works to my sons food allergy, Lindsay always was there with all the information I needed. She sent a daily itinerary to work off of so our game plan in the parks was super efficient as well as sending my kiddos Disney goodies getting them even more excited. The thought she puts into each of her clients needs is absolutely impressive. She responds extremely quick and works around the clock to make her clients happy. Another successful trip booked by Lindsay Yacovino! My family and I just returned from our Disney vacation Labor Day wknd. Our trip was amazing and I attribute this to my vacation planner! Every detail was taken care of from transportation, tickets, dining and resort stay. She went the extra mile making sure we ate at restaurants that were safe to accommodate my son with severe allergies along with insider tips for an amazing time at the Halloween party in Magic Kingdom. I will never even try to book a trip to Disney on my own. I’m already thinking of returning there and without a doubt Lindsay will be planning our next trip! Thank you!!!!!!

Well we just got back from our 10th anniversary Disney Trip & it was wonderful all thanks to Lindsay. To say she went above & beyond is an understatement….walking an “older” person through the app could not have been easy but she instant messaged, called, emailed & made sure we had a magical trip. I LOVED the itinerary she emailed, we didn’t stick to it totally but it gave us a great way to start our day each & every day we were there. All of her recommendations were awesome. We had travelled to Disney many times prior to booking with Lindsay, including 4 times with our 4 year old son. Since we were traveling this vacation with our 3 month old daughter I decided to book with Lindsay for any additional insight to make this trip easier. Lindsay was fantastic! She provided detailed charts that allowed us to compare which Disney resort to stay at, as well as a detailed itinerary as our vacation approached. She did a spectacular job helping us plan a last minute Disney world vacation (under 2 weeks) and made our room booking, park tickets and most importantly a full 4 day itinerary for dining, fastpasses and general schedule. She was knowledgeable about all the restaurants (we are picky with our food standards) and we had no complaints about any of the food. She also laid out our daily schedules working in the fastpasses so we could get to all the rides efficiently. We had slim pickings with food and fastpasses due to the last minute booking situation but she pulled it all together and we had an amazing time! Planning Disney is stressful so it’s a no brainer having an agent assist you. She saved us a lot of time.
I highly highly recommend working with Lindsay, she was super responsive, knowledgeable and took her time, and also checked in with reminders such as cancelling any extra dining reservations so we didnt get charged. We will definitely contact Lindsay again for our next Disney trip
